The Veg
We trialed this with one of our Restaurants in 2025. This box is designed to have seasonal vegetables listed as a side dish on your menu and is delivered directly to your restaurant weekly. It is a great way to keep your kitchen staff excited and engaged with what you are serving guests. Volume of this box is based off our wholesale pricing. Every week you will receive 3-5 items of seasonal vegetables that can be made into a side dish for your customers. Examples include:
June week ex.: 2lbs mustard greens, 4 bunches radish, 2lbs kale, 2lbs cherry tomatoes.
July week ex: 24 squash blossoms, 3lbs garlic scapes, 3 lbs broccoli, 3 Large fennel with fronds
Aug week ex: 5lbs patty pan, 5lbs new baby potato, 3lb heirloom tomato, 4 Lg coloured cauliflower
Sept week ex: 5lbs rainbow carrots, 5lbs golden beets, 2 Large kabocha squash, 3lbs sunchokes
Dates
Delivered every Thrusday between June 25 to October 1. Can be extended to Christmas.

$690 for the 15 week season upfront or we can charge $48/weekly
