The Veg

​

You choose how many weeks you want to participate. It can be up to 14 weeks from June 23th to September 29th.  This gives the flexibility to go on vacation, hit up the beach or go camping with out worrying about your veggie box. Each of your chosen weeks you will receive a box of seasonal veggies. While the quantity and variety will change over the season, we aim for our full share size boxes to feed between 2-4 people each week. Although we focus on greens for our farmers market and restaurant customers, we do grow a wider selection of vegetables for our landowners and CSA members.

We try to include some salad ingredients in each box, plus some root vegetables, herbs, larger greens (kale, chard, pac choi, stir fry mixes) and other seasonal offerings. In the early season you can expect lots of greens (salad mixes, spinach, arugula, stir fry mix, micro greens), radishes, pac choi, peas, rhubarb, spring onions, and spring herbs. Mid to late summer, we’ll move into zucchini, tomatoes, garlic, pattypan squash, cucumbers, beans, beets, carrots, and warm season herbs like basil and parsley. Into the fall you can expect a variety of cooking greens such as pac choi, plus spaghetti and kabocha squash, leeks, potatoes, pumpkins, and apples. Find a full list of what we grow here.

Dates

You choose up to 14 dates (must be one of the pick up days) between June 23 to September 29. The old half share used to be 8 weeks and was every second week, let us know if this is your preference. Sounds awesome, just let us know and we will add more weeks for you for $35/week.
